My Methodology and Faith
Statement of Purpose
Welcome to TriUnity Nutrition & Wellness! I’m Nicole Kizitaff, a holistic practitioner driven by my love for Jesus Christ and a passion to support your health through God’s amazing design. My work is a calling—to blend natural wellness practices with the truth of Scripture, serving you with professionalism and faith. Here’s how I approach this ministry and why my trust in the Lord shapes every step.
My Methodology
Supporting Your Body's God-Given Design
My mission is to help you thrive by honoring your body’s innate capacity for healing, as a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). I use these core methods, tailored to you:

-
Muscle Testing: A gentle, non-invasive technique where I apply light pressure to a muscle—usually your arm—to assess how your body responds to nutrients, stressors, or imbalances. It’s like listening to the soil’s needs in a garden—a practical way to uncover what supports your unique wellness.
-
Nutritional Supplements: I recommend natural remedies—herbs, vitamins, minerals—drawn from creation’s bounty, like the honey of Proverbs 24:13 or oils in Exodus 30:23-25. These fill gaps and build resilience, reflecting God’s provision (Genesis 1:29).
-
Naturopathy Techniques: Through nutrition, movement, and rest, I guide you to align with the rhythms God wove into us, addressing root causes for lasting balance.
I approach each client with care, keeping you in my thoughts and prayers as I seek to align my work with God’s wisdom. My focus isn’t quick fixes—it’s about partnering with your body, “fearfully and wonderfully made” (Psalm 139:14), to restore wholeness.
Grounded in a Biblical Worldview

As a Christian, I see God as the ultimate Healer (Exodus 15:26), and my faith anchors my practice. Some ask if holistic methods suggest I trust creation over the Creator. I believe they work together. Scripture pairs faith with action—“Faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead” (James 2:17). When elders anoint with oil (James 5:14-15) or Paul suggests wine for Timothy’s stomach (1 Timothy 5:23), we see God’s remedies in action, not as replacements for Him.
My tools are acts of stewardship, not self-reliance. Genesis 1:31 calls creation “very good,” offering treasures like frankincense and herbs for our care. Muscle testing, though modern, helps me explore this design—not as mysticism (which I reject, per Exodus 20:3), but as a way to glorify God through His handiwork.
A Ministry of Compassion and Discernment

Jesus healed with compassion—touch, mud, presence (John 9:6)—and I strive to echo that. My practice is a ministry, loving my neighbor (Mark 12:31) by supporting your journey to wellness. I test every method against Scripture, prayer, and results (1 Thessalonians 5:21), keeping only what bears good fruit (Matthew 7:16-20). If it doesn’t honor God or help you, it’s out.
Why TriUnity?

“TriUnity” reflects the Trinity—Father, Son, Holy Spirit—and the unity of body, mind, and spirit in health. I trust God to multiply my efforts, like the loaves and fish (Matthew 14:19), as I walk alongside you—not replacing your faith or physician, but offering tools guided by a heart surrendered to Him (Romans 14:22-23).
If you’re exploring this path, I’d love to journey with you. I hold you in my prayers, asking: *Heavenly Father, guide this reader with Your Holy Spirit. Grant them peace and discernment for their health, revealing Your will as You promise (Psalm 119:105). In Jesus’ name, Amen.* Let’s pursue wellness that honors the One who renews all things (Revelation 21:5).
